What you can expect from me:

  • Attentive, active listening to your concerns.
  • Ensure that you understand your rights and entitlements under special education law.
  • Transparency on realistic goals/outcomes.
  • Professional and timely support.

What I expect from my clients:

  • A timely response when you receive my emails/other communications.
  • Information in a timely manner that I require to work on your case.
  • Timely feedback on draft items I send to you for review.
  • A shared mutual commitment to resolving the issues.
  • Payment within 48 hours upon receipt of the monthly invoice -  A retainer may be used. Cases average between $500 and $2000. Lack of payment will result in discontinuation of services. If you have an extraordinary circumstance at a particular time, please reach out to discuss your individual circumstances.

OTHER

  • I do not guarantee any outcomes from the consulting/advocacy process.
  • You may terminate my services at any time with written notice. You will be billed for services rendered.
  • You may obtain an attorney at any time.  My services will be discontinued. You will be billed for services rendered.

Fees:

  • 1/2 hour initial consultation is free
  • Please reach out for hourly rates or pre-arranged fee for services.
  • Clients are invoiced at the end of the month.
  • All payments can be sent via CashApp or Venmo.

-Telephone calls
-Emails
-Travel time to meetings
-Correspondences
-Preparation for meetings
-Review of records/IEP/504 plan/ ISP/records
-Attendance at meetings ( if applicable)
-Touring of alternate programs
-Other related meetings
